Cosmart is an on-demand grocery platform service that operates in Indonesia. The activation rate in the Home page is around 65%, the rest of the users drop off without doing anything on the Home page. The drop-off users are mainly new users who just visited Cosmart for the first time. Thus we did a redesign and successfully lifted the visit-to-book
conversion from 7% to more than 20% since july 2021.

IFG Life is an on-demand Insurance service that operates in Indonesia. Event , a part of support selling, which brought customer to join several sports and family event by buying the ticket and bundling (include free a insurance). but in 2022, We also discovered some issue about awareness user when to know/ browse this feature

Not every business has capabilities and skilled resources to create their data solutions through Bounche, and thus, still rely on Bounche team to create the solution. Furthermore, their focus is on to solve their problems efficiently, not finding the tool/platform to help them solve the problem.We learned and observed that traction to solve specific use case is higher than creating a universal platform for businesses to do it on their own

McDoni is a local franchise that offers Central Javanese cuisine (typical of Solo and Yogyakarta) and currently has more 30 branches in Jakarta. The restaurant, which is gaining more and more visitors every day, has led to uncontrolled customer queues. As a evaluation, there is a lot of feedback from customers suggesting improvements for a more organized ordering process and the option for cashless payments
